Three more residents at Linville Cove Apartments are ready to move in this Thursday, January 23, 2025. Melanie Dun and Mary Louise Aldridge will pack up the household goods and deliver them to the apartments tomorrow and help the residents set up their homes. In addition to the beautiful household goods that were purchased for the Linville Cove apartments, Kay Hodges brought 11 beautiful homemade quilts to be placed in each apartment. Kay made and donated most of these quilts and others were made and donated by members of the Avery River Walk Quilt Guild. What a wonderful gift!

The new Bible Study will not meet today, Wednesday, January 22, due to the cold and icy conditions. It will resume Wednesday, January 29 from 3:00 p.m.-4:30 p.m. Hearth & Home led by Daniel Coffey is a devotional journey centered on Bible stories chosen by the participants. These sacred stories will be enhanced with art, music, and poetry. Our second session on January 29 is based on the woman at the well, John 4:4-30. This wonderful winter study lets us dive into the sacred stories and our own stories as well. All are invited to attend.
